Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
I am a Frontend Engineer working for high-end clients in Agile teams. We use React JS, SCSS, C#, .NET and CMS systems.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes, I am an essential part of the team. I worked on stories that included bugs, features, and spikes that should be completed during a sprint. I was trusted by MMT to deliver these stories effectively and on time

I have learnt technical and soft skills. The technical skills I learnt during my placement year are React JS, CMS systems (Kentico Xperience 13), .NET and TypeScript.

I received lots of support! If I had any issues HR would sort them out right away. If I needed any support with my work, my teammates would happily help!

The company culture was great! I didn't feel like a stranger. I fit into the company quite well! This is because MMT staff are very welcoming.
