Paragon is a great way to learn new skills and become better at your job role though work experience and college weeks which is a great balance compared to normal college
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Paragon Skills?
Advise I would give is to start at the beginning of the apprenticeship so you don’t have to catch up to everyone else
