I enjoyed doing the program quite a bit I liked doing the course work side as i enjoy taking notes

How well organised/structured is your programme?

at the start the programme wasn’t very organised due to having multiple tutors causing me to fall behind a bit but saying that my overall experience has been good as I did get a tutor towards the end who supported me to finish not long after my end date.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I experienced full support from my employer who supported me through the whole programme

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

When I got my final tutor they supported me till the very end and I have had a very good experience with them

i fully believe that the programme has helped me better myself as a support work as it has gave me the knowledge to be able to do my job
