Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
We got to listen to and ask questions to different women working at EY in various roles and service lines, as well as hearing from guest speakers Bianca Miller-Cole and June Sarpong.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was good to hear about the business and potential roles, but I would have preferred if we were able to hear more detail about different projects that the staff had been involved in.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The company culture was friendly but it was hard to ascertain what it would actually be like as the event was held virtually. The staff were very warm and reassuring throughout the whole event.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I enjoyed the insight quite a lot because it met my expectations of being able to hear from women working at EY, as well as being able to work on a case study with peers.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to EY
I would recommend taking all the opportunities that are given, whether that is for networking or otherwise. I would also say to relax during the video interview questions.
