I work as a Support Worker to various persons who have Acquired brain injuries. I Use person centered approach to provide support along side co-worker and supporting agencies who provide necessary therapy required.

Definitely, events that runs on monthly basis, which brings Staffs and people we support together. In house meeting for the PWS, STAFFS meeting, British events on calendar, coffee days, cookies day, red mose day, etc
