Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend BMW Group UK to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I would not say there is a clear cut answer to this question, as within my organisation there are many departments with hugely varying roles. With regards to my role, there is no way I would recommend it to someone else, however, for other departments, I absolutely would. As a whole I think the apprenticeship is good. I think I have been unlucky with my training provider and department, but can see that there are other great apprenticeships available in my organisation.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BMW Group UK?
I would recommend that people try to reach out to someone in the organisation for advice and make sure they know what they are getting themselves in for. If they are applying for a logistics apprenticeship, I would strongly advise them against it.
