To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme can be interesting at times but also very repetitive and monotonous. However, I have learnt so much through this programme and it opens doors to so many pathways in your career.

My programme is very well structured from the firm and the training provider.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer gives me a lot of support however there has been times where I haven't felt fully supported and felt that certain aspects have been unorganised or not communicated properly.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The training provider gives a whole lot of support from emailing us to ensure we are doing ok, to providing us with access to forums so we can ask questions, and also providing us with a lot of resources / question practice.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification helps to understand why we have to do the work we do and how to do it. It provides us with accounting knowledge which is applicable to a company.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes - there are a lot of social aspects of this job. For example, I recently went on a ski trip with the firm. There are also monthly department socials, apprentice socials, summer balls etc. I recently had a dodgeball tournament social as well and there are also port clubs to get involved with such as netball.
