Working on the airbus A319/20/21 series doing scheduled maintenance for British Airways. Involving hands on work on different parts of the aircraft

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Can be better organised in regards to an apprenticeship manager and areas where we rotate in. More 1-2-1 interaction between management and apprentices
How much support do you receive from your employer?

We do receive support but could be better in regards to monthly check ups and how we are getting on as well as an appointed person to speak to in between us and our line manager
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Not much from our training provider, except a quartet review which we fill out
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think it helps me understand the role that I will be undertaking once I am qualified

Yes there is social activities as well as charity events I like to help out with

Yes
Why?
It is a good company with good perks to work and I think what the company stands for as well as their ways of working towards the future especially with women in engineering

I would say to apply as it is a good company
