Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
Maintenance work on equipment within the Plant and keeping volume to a optimal standard.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
There are many days were the work is enjoyable where I feel comfortable and confident with tasks. Also, there are much harder days that come with every work place.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have learned technical skills and enhanced some of previous skills since starting my apprenticeship and feel more confident everyday with tasks and skill-related activities.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
The apprenticeship program is fairly well organised within the placements, which gives us a taster for the whole Plant. However, in some scenarios, more time with shifts and associates would only help and improve my confidence.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
The support I receive from my employer is very good. I have always been able to speak freely with my employer and receive as much support as I could ask for.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
I receive good support from BMW towards my qualifications, where I have needed help I have always received it.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
I feel as if there have been a few occasions where this has been applicable. However, for the most part of the learning, I have barely used any of the knowledge yet.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
2/5
There used to be social activities in my first year every week. However, this has since changed and very few events like this happen and they are now very rare.
