Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

Each day was full of activities through out the day including talks about different areas in deal advisory, group exercises, panels and many more. The first day was held in the london office where we got to meet everyone in person and the other 2 days where online, the last day holding the virtual assessment centre.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

It was a great eye opener, I didn't know that deal advisory had so many subsections upon subsections so it was great to learn more about all of these and see which ones I feel like I would enjoy more.

I developed my teamwork skills further through the group activities as well as my networking skills that where required when meeting the other candidates and speaking one to one with the graduates on the scheme.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Super friendly, everyone is willing to talk to you and answer any questions you have as silly as they may seem. A very open and warm environment, all the employees spoke so highly about KPMG as a business and its culture.
