Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
3/5
My day to day varies depending on the placement program, these can be manufacturing good around the site to maintenance for the production line or data analytics and improving the business.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
At first I didn't enjoy it much as it was a completely new environment for me but I have slowly started to enjoy it

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Yes

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
At times it feels dysfunctional but at times it is very organised
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
I can only speak to them about when they are free and I am free. My priorities are more to learn as opposed to go to my manager. Sometimes I feel they listen however, I'm not sure if they take on anything I say.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
Sometimes they are very helpful other times they are not. It feels like sometimes I am just given the answer and not actually learning. Other times it feels like I'm not learning at all.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
I don;t think I have used a lot of it. I've come across some of it however, its mostly just talking about it as opposed to me doing anything with it. Some of the skills aren't in depth.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
1/5
No.
