I work in Airworthiness so oversee lots of airworthiness data and security functions of the department.

I absolutely love what I do. I’m very passionate about BA, and am incredibly lucky to work here.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

BA’s side of things is very good. Good opportunity, lots to get involved in and with.
BPP’s side isn’t as good. Lack of communication and confused about what I’m meant to be doing

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

We get 20% each week which contributes to approx 1 day a week to complete apprenticeship work which is fantastic!

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

BPP really don’t give us any support and we hardly hear from our coaches. I’m not too sure on how BPP could assist me

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

At BA, we have Flying Start which is our in house charity which I regularly help out with. I love giving back to others and the community.
