Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Do the Ricardo on a daily basis which is started of a morning. This is done for customs and stock control. Checking of SCDP queries which is for the stock and DC queries. Age splits are done daily which is for duty payable. Invoices are also done a daily basis, these are Transport, shipping and custom invoices.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoyed the programme as i learnt more about Hazards, customs, regulatory bodies, plus my tutor was extremely informative and helpful, which i think made the programme really enjoyable.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt more on HTS codes, customs issues with the VAT, HTS codes.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme was really structured and organised. Nothing was muddled. My tutor never went from one topic to the other without the other being finished.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I had support from my employer when i asked for support, however, i was able to work from home once a week as i was then able to concentrate on my course work.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I had an extremely amount of support from the training provider. If i ever had a question to ask a question, i only had to email my tutor and ask him if he could spare me 10 minutes, nothing was ever too much trouble.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification has helped me perform better with the Customs and HTS element.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are extra social activities that we can get involved with outside work, i.e football teams that are set up for charity events.
