Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Project management for a project regarding bettering nutritional claims. I also worked with other students on smaller projects, helped run practical trials, did lit reviews, a student design project. Also, helped with office work such as helping build a better community. Days were very varied and a mix of in office and remote working.

Yes they really put trust into students.

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
Yes I have learnt lots of soft skills such as presenting, communication, organisation and team work. Also learnt a lot about the food industry and very technical and specific information. This will massively help me when going into a graduate job.
