To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my programme as my personal tutor is very experienced and always provides an energised and informative session. I feel as though I am learning from his experience and great teaching and learning.

Learnt new skills including understanding own self awareness, understanding learning and behaviour styles and how to effectively manage a team.

Very structured, the pace is suited to my needs and the support is given where required to ensure I succeed and meet my desired outcomes.

Complete support from my employer including OTJ hours and coaching support from senior leaders to help stretch and challenge my learning.
