To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have enjoyed working within the maintenance team, getting involved in major breakdowns. Also meeting new people in the business.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt lots of new skills, such as mechanical and electrical maintenance work and there is always something going on around the factory which i can get involved in and learn more.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Recently towards the end of my apprentices the programme has been a lot better and organised at BMW , however the college wasn't good, didn't know what company we were from or what level we are doing.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The training i have received from the college has helped me with the basics. However from the other technicians i have learnt everything i know which i'm grateful for.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Why?
Good company to work for lots to work, i think now that management have started to realises that us apprentices weren't getting much support have now started to target that problem.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BMW Group UK?
Show that you are interested, and that you can speak and work well with other people.
