I am a mechanic apprentice. I learn on and off the job. I go to work and also to the Kia college to train.
I clean the bins, make notes, mop the floor and learn a lot everyday.

I enjoy it a lot the workload is good and my collegues are easy to work with.

It's well organised and structured, I dont have many questions which need answering but if i do I know who to contact to get that information.

My employer gives me so much support they are really helpful with information, or utilities and even travel etc. Very good.

I recieve a lot of support in and outside of work times. I am given emotional support from my collegues often.
