Analysing customer data from our numerous customer listening paths: customer surveys, retailer surveys, social media insights, third party reviews, and market insights. Additionally, implementing customer strategy.

Mine in particular is less structured than my fellow apprentices as I don't have placements and have found it difficult to get places independently

Strong support overall. Always room for improvement though as support levels need adapting dependent on situation or workload
