In the first year, it is spent at the apprentice training school every day of the week but for year two onwards it requires just one day a week in a college/university environment.

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend BMW Group UK to a friend?
Yes
Why?
it is an incredible opportunity to join an amazing company, get paid a great salary to earn a degree in a thriving environment and to have a career pretty much secured for you once you leave. I plan on spending my whole career at BMW Group
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BMW Group UK?
I was a part of a now discontinued application process. Now it involves video interviews which i cannot comment on however, the thing i have heard from assessors time and time again is how shocked they are with applicants not taking nots so my advice would be to take notes, they will ask you about information they have told you already and it will be a good display of a key skill required for this role by showing you are attentive and takes initiative in making notes.
