I love my job. Everyday is different and I’m always learning new things.

Plenty. Both practical skills related to maintenance tasks and the knowledge required to ensure all paperwork is completed correctly.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Quite well structured. As with any jobs things don’t always go to plan but we are usually set clear goals and time frames giving good structure to the course.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

They’re generally very supportive. They provide housing throughout the first year and a great and accounting for your personal requests and needs.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

They are very supportive and provide pretty much everything we need to succeed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualifications provide me with vital knowledge regarding aircraft and there maintenance enabling me to perform my job too a higher standard.

Lot of opportunities outside of work within the company. Nothing is mandatory but it’s there for those that want it.
