Tomorrow’s Talent Program Review

Everyday, the friendly HR team arranged professionals in different UBS branches to speak with us. Usually, a q&a session was offered directly after their presentations, so we could ask them questions that we were interested. After the event, I indeed know much more about the responsibilities and duties of each branch, including those I was not familiar with. I was also deeply impressed by UBS’s decade-long contribution in ESG.

Through listening to the sharing of industry experts, participants can compare different roles and functions to make an informed choice regarding which role to apply to.

Of course! First of all, three networking sessions were provided so participants can liaise with each other. This really improved my communication skills through exchanging insights with intellectually excellent fellows. Also, through asking the industry professionals about skills they prefer during recruitment, I also have a better direction of what skills to be developed in the future. Finally, the porfolio manager mentioned some great tips regarding stock pitch, which definitely helps

I really admire the well-known friendly and supportive culture in UBS. Moreover, UBS has a determination to be more inclusive and diverse, which was exemplified by the diverse ethnicities and backgrounds of the speakers whom spoke with us. Finally, UBS has taken big steps in philanthropy and ESG, which I really appreciate as an active volunteer.

I certainly enjoyed the insight very very much. The entire program was extremely well-structured, thé HRs and speakers were very kind and helpful, the depth and breath of the program were impressive!
