Why?

I literally grew professionally in Voyage care starting as a support worker and worked my way up with the help and support not only from colleagues but from the whole team directly and indirectly .I also learned quite a lot during OM audits ,Quality audits and even dealing with other departments within voyage such as the finance department, Quality Assurance and many more.
