To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
The 15 modules covered varied in terms of interest. However, the majority of them where fantastic and well worth completing

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Yes, I have learned lots of new soft skills, which are very hard to learn on the job.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
The programme is well thought out and the content is great. However, I would suggest indexing is made available as its very hard to find a technique or approach, one a page has been read and a few months have past
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
Fantastic! Asos is a great place to work and have a brilliant community in place to help learners
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
Support from the trainer is fantastic! They are there to help and reply with any concerns or issues you may be facing while learning.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
Definitely, as some of the techniques and skills learned will be for life. Like "Yes and..." and the Pomodoro time management approach
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
Yes, Asos is very social and its part of the culture. We are also very good at Diversity and Inclusion and there are events / groups supporting all sorts of things
