I'm not long into my apprenticeship (approx. 3 months) but I've already learnt a great deal about time management, self-awareness, and culture and inclusion. The time management skills I have already started to put into effect in my job role.

Very well organised, my training plan keeps me focused and on track and sets clear deadlines that are challenging yet achievable.

My coach has been excellent and very supportive, whether that's a quick question or a more detailed question.

Definitely, I feel like since starting the programme I've improved my self-awareness and started working on a PDP (initiated by the training provider) which will help me progress my future career.
