The programme is well structured in which alll the rotation and groups are organised when you start. From the employer side you receive lots of help and are able to do many things and become involved in big events whereas the training side doesnt offer much apart from the traning itself

I get lots of support from my employer when I need it. Weekly meetings help with getting any messages across to our manager. Our manager is always trying her best to help us when she can for example.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Within the first year there is not much working towards the main qualification but completing level 2 and btec on Mondays and in the week always gets done.
