Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Introduction of different divisions in UBS, including Global Banking, Global Markets, Asset Management, etc. We were also introduced by the cultures and values in UBS.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
I feel more confident and prepared. At the same time, by understanding more, I realised there is more to learn as well.

My communication skill was improved. By analysing the four different personalities, I started to understand how people might think differently. I also learnt more technical skills in terms of pitching and different investment styles.

Diversified and friendly. A lot of speakers mentioned it is okay to make mistake, I feel like UBS has a very encouraging culture.
