Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am currently a team leader in a mental health unit. I lead and mentor staff on a day to day basis as well as offering mentoring and support in areas that require growth.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed the moments when something you have been doing for years suddenly clicks and now you have a brand new understanding of how it came about or why it works the way it does. Mostly I have enjoyed working with my tutor who can explain things in such a way that it just makes sense.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I feel that my communication skills have grown massively. I have learnt a lot from my level 4 but feel my understanding of good communication has been the most beneficial within my role.

Very well organised and structured. No issues.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Time to study and meet with my tutor when needed and them taking an interest in how I am doing throughout.

Everything I have needed. Any issues earlier on were dealt with quickly and professionally.

I am a much more observant person now I think I understand people's communication styles more as individuals and can adapt accordingly.
