I'm a senior carer looking after the elderly with dementia, working nights. I make sure the medication is given and that they receive the best care from our company
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It's a brilliant way to learn, the tutors are great and the company where I work is very supportive

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I've learnt how to lead my floor and have improved in all areas. As I've now doing my level 3 so I can progress more.

My trainer provider was always on hand when I needed them. I couldn't fault her

It's has helped me massively, as I'm now doing my level 3 and looking forward to seeing where that takes me
