Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

The first year of the apprenticeship is at resource group at cotswolds airport and the second and third year working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern at heathrow to get your cat A licence
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thorougly enjoyed the programme and would highly recommend it to anyone who love aeroplanes and engineering

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

This apprenticeship for sure improves you as a person as you improve your teamwork and handskills as an engineer, this apprenticeship also give you the university experience as you live on your own for the first year

It is quite well organised
How much support do you receive from your employer?

You supported all the way through the apprenticeship by everyone to get our airside passes to our engineering licences
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The suppport from the training provider Resource Group is very very good they make the process of the theoreticall phase of our licence very enjoyable
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Very well as they tailor the teaching to what you will use in the role

Its a very good company to work for as there a lot of benifits to working for the company
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to British Airways?
I would recommend them apply as soon as possible as there arent many companies that that better to work for in England
