Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The spring week was design to give us an insight into Goldman Sachs and what the business, the different divisions do. A normal day comprised of desk rotations within the global markets division, networking with people within the division and presentations. There were other things that happened on different days such as financial training, panel sessions and escape rooms too.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was amazing!
I fully understand the purpose of the bank, what it does and how each division contributes to push the bank forward. With respect to global markets, I understand more about the different desks are available and how they work together too.

The culture was amazing despite the virtual format.
It was still experienced through various interactions with workers in the firm.
