I am a senior carer at Parkview Care Home, one of Barchester Care's home. I currently work in the residential community, in which my role is to administration of medication to the residents, monitoring their health needs and a daily basis, working alongside my manager and other colleagues making sure every residents in our care lives well and get the best possible care. Joining Barchester Healthcare Ltd was one of the best decisions I have ever made.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
