I have much better communication and social skills since beginning my apprenticeship due to the events hosted by the company that encourage you to speak to others.

The programme hasn’t been very well mapped out with frequent miscommunication between different areas of work which often leaves apprentices in confusion.

Additional support is always required if needed.

3/5
Training provider gives regular meetings and offers help to explain set work.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
1/5
Work for qualification is very very loosely centred around my day to day role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Constant events are ran for both charity and team building.
