My role is to ensure certain processes and procedures are carried out on a regular basis for us to remain HMRC compliant. Oversee projects and processes that take place within the department.

I have learned new tools to use when looking at processes to ensure we are using best proctice and remaining compliant whilst looking at eliminating waste.

It helps as i can use tools i have been shown to help improve processes and procedures to make them more streamlined whilst also being compliant. This will help to ensure all tasks are completed within timelines
