Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I support the performance management team with cyclical processes such as objective settings and help to formulate objective setting documents for teams in China. I also review trainings to help employees learn about the performance management process
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme as I get to experience every varied activities, and get to get involved with lots of different teams

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed my public speaking skills, teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure, and problem solving skills

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is structured with 6 months rotations that are set for me and I get to see all of the different teams

I would tell them to research UBS and take up every opportunity to come to visit in person to get a taste of the culture and best of luck! It's a great place to work!
