As the apprentice the admin falls to you. The upsides will depend on your team but there will always be admin.

Feel as though once you leave the initial safety bubble, there could be more defined checkpoints, structure and rigidity to make sure all apprentices are learning at the same rate and so it's not down to individual teams/managers.
