I have been professionally trained in checking in and boarding passenger who travel with BA. This includes doc checks , seat arrangements , tagging bags , lounge entry and more challenging situations the airport faces.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme as it has given me a starting point in a potential career in aviation.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt digital skills when it comes to understanding systems the airport uses. I have developed my people skills as I come across different people daily.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

At the beginning it was not well structured however the team has amended this and had made obvious changes to help us as apprentices.

I have lots of sources of communication and know who to go to for what and when.
