Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I’m a customer service representative for British airways . I can be on check in, boarding a flight, in the lounge, self bag drop , hosting , connections and arrivals
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I do enjoy it but I think that when working landside it is very repetitive. Whereas airside is very unpredictable and exciting

I have been able to become more confident in myself and broaden my knowledge within the aviation sector.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I enjoy the program as it’s a great starting point for my age . I just don’t enjoy the workshop days as they can be quite repetitive.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My line manager is absolutely amazing they are always there for me and always have my back and have supported me a lot
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

In the beginning it was a bit chaotic as it was not structured but now . I feel so supported

Yes there are sometimes volunteer events but they can be very far to commute
