To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the program, it’s interesting and the information is delivered in a way that isn’t boring. The practical side really gives you chance to put your learned knowledge to the test.

Yes communication skills, listening skills, problem solving, multitasking, time management, organisation and many more!

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well structured, a well thought out delivery of all modules and delivered at a good speed to be able to take it in and do work related activities to the lessons given.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Lots of support with gall work and questions as well as being shown how to do related things.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Lots, lots of meetings to make sure I’m on track and that i understand the tasks and learning, provider always available if there’s any questions or concerns.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have improved I’m my job role massively already just being more mindful of my learning and putting it into practice has helped me deal with situations better and helped me understand things better in a day to day bais.

Yes, clubs and events after school that staff members can be involved helping and supporting with.
