To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Overall, it is a rewarding experience and absolutely worth the efforts. It was challenging at the beginning as I was a programming amateur. The support from my manager and employer made it possible for me to learn new skills in data science and grow my confidence while jiggling day-to-day responsibilities.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt AI product lifecycle management and Python programming skills to design and develop a data science solution. I have also enhanced my existing skills on stakeholders' management by applying my learning to solve a real-life, business problem in my area.

My program is well organized with web portals, data mentor and data coach to track progress and complete learning modules.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My manager and employer have given me full support and flexibility to complete the program. They were by my side throughout my learning journey. I was allowed to prioritize time to fulfill off-the-job learning requirements and complete the end-point-assessments in a reasonable timeline.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Staff are professional, knowledgeable and supportive. The AI supported portal, EduKATE, is fun to work with. I enjoyed the industry experts' sessions to learn about the applications of AI in different industries.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It will help me foster stronger collaboration with my technical stakeholders as I am able to speak their language and understand their perspectives better.
