I'm a nursery practitioner and my role is to look after the children, making sure that their needs are met. Also to play with them, and be fair and patient, I look out for anything that doesn't look right and ensure they're safe.

They're very understanding and the course looks simple to do, even though it is a higher level. In my introduction, the woman who spoke to me was lovely and explained every detail. She made me comfortable with everything, including her and the company.

There's no need to be nervous. They're always there if you need any help. They're great people.
