Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Rotation through different key departments on three to four month placements. Learning key skills which are relevant to my final role. Various process improvement projects, where I am able to give a fresh opinion on existing processes.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Placements definitely help work feel fresh, always opportunities to develop. Colleagues are very supportive towards my apprenticeship - always feel comfortable and able to ask questions to support.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Learnt and developed many skills since the start of my apprenticeship. The placements definitely help to develop skills, working and getting an understanding of different key areas of the business. Various opportunities to develop.

Research and get an understanding of the role you are applying for, try and get a basic understanding of what the site you are applying for does. Be yourself and try and control your nerves at the assessment centre! :)
