Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
You would attend insight sessions on specific teams under the division as well as Round Tables with MDs. In your free time, you could book coffee chats with employees at the firm or just use it to complete your intern project.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
We got an insight into the daily life of an Analyst, how the career progression works in the division and all the different teams we could work under if we joined the firm for a larger role.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Everyone was extremely kind and always willing to make time for you, this even includes MDs taking time out of their schedule for 30 minute coffee chats. There is also a large culture of mentorship.
