Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I provide support to children in multiple subjects, aswell as creating a safe and fun yet educational environment. I also supervise young children during different periods of the day such as lunch and finishing school.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am very happy in my placement and have never had a dull day.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have become more open minded and confident when speaking to others, children and staff, and can hold conversations much more effortlessly.I have also gained more knowledge regarding safeguarding policies and health and safety training.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is extremely well organised, communication between both my placement and Inspire ATA is prioritised and saves a lot of confusion
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive support with everything from my employer, allowing time to complete coursework and easing pressure and concerns that i may have.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive an ample amount of support from my training provider, they help guide you throughout your training process and provide deadlines within reasonable time.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I gain more knowledge into the education system and it aids me in my role as a teaching assistant, I use almost everything in my qualification course whilst working.

Why?
It is a great company, they make you feel very at home and never leave you to feel alone whilst completing your qualification. They make the apprenticeship journey very positive and without stress.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Inspire ATA Ltd.?
Definitely go through inspire ATA when looking to complete an apprenticeship as they provide you with an unlimited amount of support aswell as providing many resources to support you during your journey.
