Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am α Teacher assistant which i work with children along all needs to help them achieve the goals they should be reaching such as in maths, english and much more. This involves helping children and looking after children at break and lunch time and ensuring they are safe and i am someone they are willing to talk to.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy this job after this i would love to do α degree apprenticeship in something else so i can extend my knowledge further.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Since i have started this job i have learnt how to handle children who struggle to say how they feel due to special needs or insecurities and to make the children feel safe and happy. As α staff member within my school you learn many different things as you go along such as teamwork, communication and more.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is very organised and they always keep in contact with me about my wellbeing and how my work is to make sure i’m always doing the best and if i am feeling down they remind me that they are there to talk to me.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my employer with school work and problems inside and outside my work place when i need someone to talk to, they are very caring and understanding. They listen to my concerns and suggestions and try to work with me on certain things aswell.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive support from my training provider a lot. I have α teams meeting every month to submit my work and to see where i am at with my coursework and if i need help. If i am ever struggling i have my training providers whatsapp or email to where i can message them and ask for help, if its α need of α teams they can fit me in to talk about the work i am stuck on.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Through my training provider i think my qualification improves by them helping me see stuff from different perspectives and not just my own so i can be the best of my ability helping children and adults around me to be α better person.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I don’t get involved in activities in my work but it is because i am quite α busy person otherwise if i had extra time i would love to

I would recommend this apprenticeship company to α friend because they are all very nice and caring, everyone who works here makes sure you are on track and lets you know if there is ever α problem you can speak to anyone about how you feel and they will make you feel save and secure.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Inspire ATA Ltd.?
I do not have tips or advice to give to others just go for it this is an amazing apprenticeship company and will give you the support you need.
