In my role as a teaching assistant in a SEN class, I focus on setting clear boundaries and creating a structured environment where students feel supported and can thrive. I prioritize building positive relationships with students and promoting a sense of belonging in the classroom. It's all about advocating for the needs of the students and collaborating with other professionals to provide comprehensive support. I find great fulfillment in seeing the progress and growth of my students.
