Speaking to stakeholders to understand the current and desired state of a change, then developing requirements to describe what we expect to see. Experience has varied and much of my time on the role I didn't have much to do.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The apprenticeship can be very repetitive in parts (particularly with the classroom days). A lot of the time, feedback received was ambiguous or insufficient in detail to work on effectively and I go the impression my mentor didn't read through my work properly. However, the content covered was good and I liked the online platform.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is very well organised and has flexibility in the case that you are unable to complete certain tasks for a certain date. I have not rated 10 stars as I believe the classroom days are very repetitive.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Employer is very kind and supportive, but would benefit from taking ownership on developing their own training structure. Main issues have come from the lack of work I have been able to own.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have a learning assistant, who always answers my questions. However, I feel sometimes that the feedback received is ambiguous or not specific enough, which when challenged seems to have a weak defence. This leads me to sometimes feel they have not read my work properly and are giving blanket feedback.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification has been my sole source of training in the job, but I feel my employer could take ownership of a lot of this training themselves in a more concise, effective way.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, there are professional networking events and a social committee sometimes puts on events.

Whilst the apprenticeship / junior role requires a lot of work, the company treat you well and the people are supportive. Salary and bonus are good compared to the average.
