I am working as a support worker and I am doing floater shifts as well which is a kind of team lider but we call it floater at my workplace. In my day-to-day day basis I am providing care to our service users, administer medication, provide hot or cold meals and drinks depending on the service users choices.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love everything what I am learning or the updates I go over and in this way I can develop myself into offering to my service users the best care they need.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I am more confident, my self-esteem has grown. I learned a lot about paperwork, I learned how to be more aware of things that can go bad. I improved my English vocabulary which is not my first language, I improved my writing on computer, I am much faster now.

Very well. Everything is easy to acces and easy to understand
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I did not needed much support from my employer I was able to accomplish my work on my own. But when I asked for support, I received it.
