Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
My role is to work with colleagues to complete audits and pass my exams - as the exam periods are in blocks day to day it is mostly working on tasks in excel or documenting work sent from the client etc.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
I enjoy the task I work on, being involved in several companies and learning how they operate - free lunch/ coffee culture is also good

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I've become more confident and communicative - I've also gotten much better at studying, managing time during the exam periods

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
1/5
Unfortunately not well. despite having a structured periods for exams this is the only area organised. I had a lot of trouble with my travels ( as being 16 there were issues with hotels allowing me to stay etc but nobody thought of this despite it being a school leaver programme)to Manchester which weren't informed to me until 2 days before and booked till the day before - lack of prep time for exams and internal training haphazardly placed between key study time
How much support do you receive from your employer?
1/5
the only support I have been given is from charismatic colleges who helped off their own sense of duty there was zero support from the company itself - sometimes they are actually quite threatening about finding out if works not being done and letting people go etc.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
2/5
Some. was very helpful in the classroom however there was little after that but helpful tests throughout
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
2/5
Somewhat ive only done on exam so theres not alot that relates so far
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
1/5
None that i can attend as they are drinking parties (or i can attend and only drink coke) - again not ideal for aa school leaver programme
