Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Store Manager in a fast paced retail store. Managing stock, delivering high store standards and leading a team. Training colleagues, hitting Targets and KPI’s, stock control, delivering on labour targets and all things customer based.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my programme as it allows me to meet people within different sectors of business and fully understand how transferable my skills are.

Learnt a lot of new skills like time management and delegation skills. Developed existing skills through reflection. Taken accountability for personal development.
