I have to cover breakfast, reception, dinner and housekeeping when needed.

I enjoy my programme a lot because I develop my existing skills and I gain new skills.

I learned how to deliver a shift, to give tasks and to monitories if was completed or not, to deal with a sick call and I developed my customer service skill.

My programme is well structured. I have tasks which I have to complete in a certain time which is achievable.

My employer offers me all the support which I need. She offers me the specific training and the time during my shifts to be able to complete my tasks.
